7. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic consumables and hygiene standards:

  • Products once opened cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Machines may be eligible for repair or replacement only under valid warranty.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

All refunds (if applicable) follow company evaluation and approval.
